How did you get started doing this type of work?
Chexa TV Mounting began with a simple goal: to provide clean, safe, and professional TV installations for homeowners who want their space to look polished and modern. Our founder noticed that many TV installations were done hastily, leaving crooked TVs, exposed wires, or damaged walls. With a passion for precision, aesthetics, and customer satisfaction, we started helping friends and family with their setups, quickly building a reputation for reliable, detail-oriented work. From there, Chexa grew into a full-service team serving Tampa, combining experience, professionalism, and a love for creating clean, organized spaces. Every installation we do today is rooted in that same commitment: flawless results and happy customers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
At Chexa TV Mounting, we’ve had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of customers, including: Homeowners looking to upgrade their living rooms, bedrooms, or home theaters with clean, secure TV installations. Renters and apartment dwellers needing safe, non-invasive mounts that won’t damage walls. Real estate professionals preparing homes for staging or sale with perfectly installed TVs. Small businesses and offices wanting a polished, professional look for conference rooms or break areas. Luxury home clients seeking custom installations, full cable management, and a high-end finish.
No matter the space or setup, our focus is always on precision, safety, and a flawless, visually appealing result that leaves every customer satisfied.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of our favorite recent projects was a 75” living room installation in a stylish Tampa home. The room had tricky angles, a textured wall, and a client who wanted everything hidden perfectly—cables, brackets, the whole nine yards. We spent about an hour on-site, carefully leveling the TV, hiding all the wires, and making sure the viewing height was just right. The client was thrilled.
What makes this project special isn’t just the size or difficulty—it’s that we turned a challenging setup into a flawless, clean, stress-free experience, and the end result made the room feel totally transformed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
TV Size & Weight: What are the dimensions and weight of your TV? Larger TVs often need specialized mounts and extra support. Wall Type: Is it drywall, concrete, brick, or another surface? Installation methods vary depending on the wall material.
Viewing Preferences: Where do you want the TV positioned for optimal viewing height and angle? Mount Type: Do you prefer a fixed, tilting, or full-motion mount?
Cable Management: Do you want wires hidden inside the wall, behind a cover, or left exposed?
Additional Equipment: Will you be mounting soundbars, gaming consoles, or other accessories along with the TV?
Budget & Timeline: Are there budget constraints or scheduling preferences to consider? Thinking about these questions beforehand helps ensure a smooth, efficient installation and ensures the final setup looks and functions exactly how you want it.
